if we found that there are any differences in the names (spelling/ short or full
form of the surname/middle name/ first name) between passport and academic documents
or other supporting documents. Please be noted that the applicant's name, his/her
father's and mother's name and date of birth must be similar in all documents
as mentioned in the passport information page. If any difference or discrepancies

Before starting your application, please make sure you have the following ( 在申请前，请确保您具备以下条件 ):
1. Passport all pages (including the blank pages for the countries - Libya, Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen) in zipped folder (Passport must be valid more than one year).

5. Download the Health Declaration Form by clicking the Link. Fill up the form with self-attestation. ( 点击链接下载健康申报表。在表格中填写自我证明。

6. Attestation form/NOC/Eligibility letter, must be authorized from Ministry of Higher Education [Only applicable for Sudan] Sample Attestation Form. ( 证明表/NOC/资格信，必须由高等教育部授权 [仅适用于苏丹] 证明表样本 )
7. Scratch Card [Only applicable for Nigerian]. ( 刮刮卡 [仅适用于尼日利亚人]。 )
8. Affidavit only in case of any mismatch between passport and academic certificates like spellings of Name & Date of Birth etc.
(N.B: EMGS dept. consider the passport information as true and correct, so other supporting documents should be according to passport information).
